Terms of Service

1. Using the service

Love Notepad provides an editor and note-sharing service that can be used anonymously, plus optional verified accounts for cloud notes and cross-device access. You may use it only if you can legally agree to these terms in your location.

You are responsible for protecting your account password, edit links and note passwords. Anyone with editing access can modify settings, replace content or delete the associated note; replacing an account note's editing link invalidates the previous one.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display it so the service can operate.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes rights, distributes malware, facilitates abuse, exposes private information without permission or interferes with the service.

3. Availability and moderation

We may limit excessive activity, investigate reports, place content under review, block content or suspend parts of the service to protect users and keep Love Notepad reliable.

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent retention or recovery of an anonymous note whose edit key is lost. An account can restore access to its owned cloud notes while the account and notes remain available, but you should still export important work.

4. Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service at any time, delete a note while you have editing access, or permanently delete an account and its owned notes and images. Expired or deleted information may remain briefly in limited backups or service records.

We may update these terms when the product or law changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new date on this page.
